For supplementory orders with less than 5 pieces, an additional fee of 50% will be charged.

Incidental costs:
We charge a one-time adjustement fee of 39,90 EUR in addition to the jersey prices.
This includes the creation of views of the jersey.
Prices are ex-warehouse Graz/Austria including the VAT of 20%. The VAT is not due on orders from outside the European Union.
We do not incur any bank charges of foreign transfers.

Terms of payment:
50% advance payment, rest due upon delivery to Germany. For international orders, the full price is due in advance.
Clearance of printing takes place after the advance payment is received and the jersey view is approved by you.
Delivery period:
Delivery period is after print approval about 3 to 4 weeks. If delivery date cannot be met due to an act of nature beyond control, such as natural disasters, or machine failure, the company HOCKEY WEAR is not liable to recourse.

The delivery guarantees apply from the point we receive your payment.
If we cannot meet the EXPRESS delivery period, a discount of 50% of the ordered goods is granted, except the delay is caused by a natural disaster or machine failure.
Data transfer:
Data transfer takes place via E-Mail or disk/CD. We accept CorelDraw and EPS formats (text converted to curves) as well as common pixel formats with a resolution of at least 300dpi. Please specify your colors in Pantone to avoid color differences.
Claims are only accepted in written form, maximum 14 days after delivery.
